Refund Policy

Returns:

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after receipt. If you wish to cancel an order please email us from our Contact Us page within 7 working days stating your order number. You must take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession and they must be returned to us, promptly, at your cost. We can arrange collection of larger items, but you will be charged for this service at cost. We reserve the right to cancel any order.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 7 working days.
