A low growing spreading evergreen perennial, forming rosettes of spoon-shaped, leathery green leaves with coarsely toothed edges. From late spring to summer slender stems of delicate star-shaped flowers boasting five petals in shades of pink or white, often adorned with dark pink spots, emerge up to 30cm high.

Thriving in shade or partial shade they prefer a moist but well drained soil.

Saxifraga spathularis is a native to Ireland and a parent of the more well known Saxifraga x urbium or 'London Pride'.

Second picture shows one bare root plant as an example of offset size - you will receive 6 of these per order.

Plants will be lifted to order and posted bare root.  Please plant up on receipt and keep well watered until established.
