We are all familiar with the common dandelion and while this is not just a white form of it, far from it. It is in fact a separate species from Korea and Japan and just one of about 60 species of taraxacum. For most purposes can be treated like the common dandelion with the slight advantage that it seems less inclined to seed itself around. It is identical to the common dandelion otherwise, so attention should be paid to where it is planted so it doesn't get pulled out by accident.
It remains evergreen unless the Winter is particularly severe. Will self seed if left to sow and will re-flower if dead headed right through to Autumn. Ideal for wildflower gardens/areas.
Height: 30 cms Spread: 20 cms
