Elodea densa (or Egeria densa) often referred to as 'Waterweed', is a popular aquatic plant known for its rapid growth rate. Its long, slender stems and vibrant green leaves make it a striking addition to any aquarium or pond.
Native to South America, Elodea densa is a hardy plant that can thrive in a wide range of water conditions. It is a good plant for beginners as it requires little care although it will need regular pruning to keep the plant in check.
