A delicate, carpet forming fern which makes delightful ground cover among mature shrubs. Small, delicate and deciduous, this fern grows from slender, creeping rhizomes which develop well-separated, thin-textured, triangular fronds. Naked spore-heaps are scattered over the underside of the frond. Grows in well drained areas and not soil fussy. Can be divided by division or from spores as required but will spread naturally over time. Foliage dies completely back in the autumn before re-appearing the following spring.

You will be sent one healthy bare root plant approx 5" in diameter and containing a number of rhizomes.
Please pot on immediately upon receipt and keep well watered until established.
